Opening Positions

To view/edit the day’s Opening Position for any symbol held in an account:

1. Selecting Windows/Account/Opening Positions from the OMS Admin Console menu opens the Opening Positions window (shown below), where you can view/edit the opening position for all symbols held in all accounts.
2. Scroll through the list of accounts to locate an account and symbol combination. Double-click on a line item. The current opening position for the selected account/symbol is displayed, as shown below.

   Field Name	Description
   Acct	Account Number (not editable).
   Group ID	Name of the Group (not editable).
   Symbol	The root product symbol selected (not editable).
   Instrument	The instrument type (not editable). Values: Equities, Options.
   Price	The prior day’s closing price for the specified symbol/instrument.
   Position	The day’s opening position for the specified symbol/instrument.

3. When finished editing the settings click OK to save your changes.
