Customizing System and Display Settings

Each of the various display windows that are available on the OMS Admin Console desktop can be customized.

To do so, with any window type open, select View/Settings from the main menu as shown below. Initially the Misc tab for the selected window type is displayed.

For example, the tabs in the Settings window for the OMS Admin Console are as follows:

• Misc (Miscellaneous) – A variety of settings for data display, appearance, and control functions are available. Note that the data fields that appear in the Misc tabs depend on the window type that is opened. The below Misc tabs are associated with the above OMS Admin Console.
• Columns – Used to define the columns that display on the OMS Admin Console window type. Select/deselect column names according to the desired data display. Shown above.
• Appearance – These settings define the presentation of your window, and include font sizes and window display colors. Shown above.
• Notifications – Available only on the main window. Here you can enable/disable audible notifications for Sterling-generated order rejections. You can select by types the rejection messages that generate sound notifications, as shown above.
