Opening Positions

To view/edit the day’s Opening Position for any symbol held by a Group:

1. Selecting Windows/Group/Opening Positions from the main menu opens the Opening Positions window (shown below), where you can view/edit the opening position for any symbol held by a Group.
2. Scroll through the list to locate a Group and symbol combination. Double-click on a line item. The current opening position for the selected Group/symbol is displayed, as shown below.

   Field Name	Description
   Group ID	Name of the Group (not editable).
   Symbol	The root product symbol selected (not editable).
   Instrument	The instrument type (not editable). Values: Equities, Options
   Price	The prior day’s closing price for the specified symbol/instrument.
   Position	The day’s opening share or contract quantity for the specified symbol/instrument.

3. When finished editing the settings click OK to save your changes.
